GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Army Brig. Gen. Kevin C. Kiley for promotion to the grade of major general.
Kiley is currently assigned as the assistant surgeon general for Force Projection/chief, Medical Corps Affairs, Office of the Surgeon General, Washington, D.C.
