GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Army Col. William T. Bester for promotion to brigadier general, Nurse Corps.
Bester is currently assigned as the commander, U.S. Army Medical Department Activity, Fort Jackson, S.C.
