GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Marine Corps Brig. Gen. John F. Goodman for promotion to major general.
Goodman is currently assigned as director, Warfighting Development Integration Division, Marine Corps Combat Development Command, Quantico, Va.
