GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT - HORNBURG
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Air Force Lt. Gen. Hal M. Hornburg, for appointment to the grade of general with assignment as commander, Air Education and Training Command, Randolph AFB, Texas.
Hornburg is currently assigned as vice commander, Air Combat Command and vice commander in chief, United States Air Forces Atlantic, Langley AFB, Va.
