FLAG OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Navy Captain Eleanor C. Mariano, Medical Corps, for appointment to the grade of rear admiral (lower half). Mariano is currently serving as attending physician to the President, Washington, DC.
