GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Army National Guard Col. Bradford C. Brightman for promotion to the grade of brigadier general.
Brightman is currently assigned as the assistant adjutant general, Alabama State Area Command, Montgomery, Ala.
