GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has nominated Army Reserve Col. Robert G. F. Lee for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Lee is currently serving as the commander, 9th Regional Support Command, Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
