FLAG OFFICER ASSIGNMENT
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern E. Clark announced today the following assignment:
Rear Adm. James D. McArthur, Jr., is being assigned as director, J3, U.S. Space Command. McArthur is currently serving as commander, Carrier Group Two.
