FLAG OFFICER ASSIGNMENT
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern E. Clark announced today that Navy Rear Adm. (Lower Half) Richard P. Terpstra is being assigned as director, Special Programs, Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition, Technology and Logistics), Washington, D.C. Terpstra is currently serving as commander, Submarine Group Ten, Kings Bay, Ga.
