GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCMENT
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has nominated Army Reserve Col. Dawn R. Horn for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Horn is currently serving as the deputy commander, 70th Regional Support Command, Fort Lawton, Wash.
