FLAG OFFICER ASSIGNMENTS
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced today the following assignments:
Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) (select) Charles T. Bush has been assigned as director, Theater Air and Missile Defense, Program Executive Office Theater Surface Combatant, Washington, D.C.
Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) (select) Robert E. Cowley III is being assigned as deputy for acquisition and business management, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition, Washington, D.C. Cowley is currently serving as assistant commander for contracts, AIR-2.0, Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md.
