GENERAL OFFICER ASSIGNMENT
Army Chief of Staff Gen. Eric K. Shinseki announced today that Army Brig. Gen. (Select) David P. Fridovich is being assigned as deputy director for Operations, J-3, U.S. Pacific Command, Camp H. M. Smith, Hawaii. Fridovich is currently serving as the commander, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), Fort Lewis, Wash.
