GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has nominated Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Michael A. Hough, for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general and assignment as the deputy commandant for Aviation, Headquarters Marine Corps, Washington, D.C. Hough is currently serving as the assistant deputy commandant for Aviation, Headquarters Marine Corps, Washington, D.C.
