GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Army Chief of Staff Gen. Eric K. Shinseki announced today that Army Colonel (promotable) Volney J. Warner is being assigned as director, Strategy and Analysis, J-5, U.S. Joint Forces Command, Norfolk, Va. Warner was previously assigned as special assistant to the commanding general, XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg, Fort Bragg, N.C.
