FLAG OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry announced today that the President has
nominated Vice Admiral Donald F. Hagen, Medical Corps, U.S. Navy, to be placed
on the retired list in his current grade. Vice Admiral Hagen is scheduled to
retire on August 1, 1995, after completion of more than thirty-one years of
active service. He is currently serving as Director of Naval Medicine/Surgeon
General of the Navy/Chief, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in Washington, DC.
