Brig. Gen. Scott C. Black is being assigned as commander and commandant, U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, Charlottesville, Va. Black is currently serving as assistant judge advocate general for Military Law and Operations, U.S. Army, Rosslyn, Va.
Brig. Gen. David P. Carey is being assigned as commander, U.S. Army Legal Services Agency and Chief Judge, Arlington, Va. Carey is currently serving as assistant judge advocate general for Civil Law and Litigation, U.S. Army, Arlington, Va.
Brig. Gen. Daniel V. Wright is being assigned as assistant judge advocate general for Military Law and Operations, U.S. Army, Rosslyn, Va. Wright is currently serving as commander, U.S. Army Legal Services Agency and Chief Judge, Arlington, Va.
