GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT

Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the president has nominated Army Brig. Gen. Keith M. Huber for appointment to the rank of major general. Huber is currently serving as deputy commanding general, First United States Army, Fort Gillem, Ga.
