GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry announced today that the President has
nominated Major General Kenneth A. Minihan, United States Air Force, for
appointment to the grade of lieutenant general with assignment as Director,
Defense Intelligence Agency, Pentagon, Washington, DC. General Minihan is
currently assigned as Assistant Chief of Staff, Intelligence, Headquarters
United States Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, DC.
General Minihan was born December 31, 1943, in Pampa, Texas.
