General Officer Assignment
Army Chief of Staff Gen. Peter J. Schoomaker announced today the assignment of the following general officer:
Army National Guard Brig. Gen. Clyde A. Vaughn, deputy director, Army National Guard, National Guard Bureau, Arlington, Va., to assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for National Guard matters, Washington, D.C., with a report date to be determined.
