FLAG OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry announced today that the President hasnominated Vice Admiral Norman W. Ray, U.S. Navy, to be placed on the retiredlist in his current grade.
Vice Admiral Ray is scheduled to retire in the Fallof 1995, after completion of more than thirty-one years of active service.
Heis currently serving as Deputy Chairman, NATO Military Committee in Brussels,Belgium.
