DoD Identifies Army Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Spc. Peter G. Enos, 24, of South Dartmouth, Mass., died April 9 in Bayji, Iraq, when a rocket-propelled grenade struck his patrol vehicle. Enos was assigned to the Armys 1st Battalion, 7th Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, in Schweinfurt, Germany.
The incident is under investigation.
