Air Force General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has nominated Air Force Maj. Gen. Jeffrey B. Kohler for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general with assignment as director, Defense Security Cooperation Agency, Arlington, Va. Kohler is currently serving as director of plans and policy, Headquarters United States European Command, Stuttgart, Germany.
