General Officer Announcements
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the president has nominated:
Brig. Gen. William E. Ingram Jr., Army National Guard, for promotion to rank of major general. He is currently serving as the adjutant general, North Carolina, Raleigh, N.C.
Col. Thomas T. Galkowski, Army National Guard, for promotion to rank of brigadier general. He is currently serving as chief of staff (Army National Guard), United States Army Maneuver Support Center, Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
