Brigadier General Kevin T. Ryan, Director of Strategy, Plans and Policy, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3, United States Army, Washington, DC will assume his previous position as the Deputy Director of Strategy, Plans and Policy, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3, United States Army.
