Flag Officer Assignment
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced the following flag officer assignment:
Navy Rear Adm. (selectee) Thomas J. Kilcline, Jr. is being assigned as director, Air Warfare Division, N78, office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C. Kilcline is currently assigned as commander, Carrier Group Two, Norfolk, Va.
