General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the president has nominated Air Force Col. Dana H. Born for appointment to the rank of brigadier general with assignment as the Dean of the Faculty, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo. Born has served as Permanent Professor and Head, Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership , United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo.
