Navy Rear Adm. (selectee) Andrew M. Singer is being assigned as commander, Naval Security Group Command/director, Information Operations, N39, office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C. Singer is currently assigned as vice commander, Naval Network Warfare Command, Little Creek, Va.
