Flag Officer Assignment

Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark announced the following flag officer assignment:

 

Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Mark W. Kenny is being assigned as Commander, Navy Region Northeast/Commander, Submarine Group Two, Groton, Conn. Kenny is currently Deputy Director, Submarine Warfare Division, N77B, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Arlington, Va.
