Navy Rear Adm. Evan M. Chanik, Jr. has been nominated for appointment to the rank of vice admiral and assignment as director, Force Structure, Resources and Assessment, J-8, Joint Staff, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Chanik is currently serving as director, Programming Division, N80, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Andrew B. Davis has been nominated for appointment to the rank of major general. Davis is currently serving as the commanding general, 4th Force Service Support Group, New Orleans. La.
