The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
Spc. Kyle M. Hemauer, 21, of Manassas, Va., died May 23 in Zabul, Afghanistan, of non-combat related injuries. Hemauer was assigned to the Army National Guard's 3rd Battalion, 116th Infantry Regiment, 29th Infantry Division, Manassas, Va.
