FLAG OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry announced today that thePresident has nominated Vice Admiral Dennis C. Blair, U.S. Navy, forreappointment to the grade of vice admiral and assignment as Director, JointStaff in the Pentagon.
Vice Admiral Blair is currently serving as AssociateDirector of Central Intelligence for Military Support, Central IntelligenceAgency in McLean, Virginia.
Vice Admiral Blair was born February 4, 1947 in Kittery, Maine.
