Rear Adm. (lower half) (selectee) Michael A. Brown is being assigned as director, Information Operations, N39, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C. Brown is currently serving as chief of staff to the commander, Naval Security Group Command, Fort Meade, Md.
