The chief of staff of the Army announces the following general officer assignment:
Maj. Gen. Robert E. Durbin, director, Army quadrennial defense review, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8, U.S. Army, Washington, D.C. to chief, office of security cooperation - Afghanistan, U.S. Central Command.
