Rear Adm. (lower half) William H. McRaven, is being assigned as commander, Special Operations Command Europe/director, Special Operations, U.S. European Command, Vaihingen, Germany. McRaven is currently serving as deputy commanding general for Operations, Joint Special Operations Command, U.S. Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, N.C.
Rear Adm. (lower half) Robert S. Harward, Jr., is being assigned as deputy commanding general for Operations, Joint Special Operations Command, U.S. Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, N.C. Harward is currently serving as representative, Senior Interagency Strategy Team, National Counter Terrorism Center, Washington, D.C.
