General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld announced today that the President has nominated Army Brig. Gen. Carla G. Hawley-Bowland for promotion to the grade of major general. Hawley-Bowland is currently serving as commanding general, European Regional Medical Command/lead agent, TRICARE Europe/command surgeon, U.S. Army Europe and Seventh Army, Germany. |
