SOLDIER IN BOSNIA DIES OF APPARENT HEART FAILURE
Sergeant Edwin L. Valenzuela, serving in Bosnia as part of
Operation Joint Endeavor, died on July 8th of apparent heart
failure after performing physical training.
Valenzuela, 37, of Jersey City, N.J., collapsed after
exercising at his Task Force Eagle base camp. He was medically
evacuated to the 212th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital where he was
pronounced dead.
