Secretary of Defense Ash Carter discusses his vision for the Force of the Future with service members and veterans at 9 a.m. EDT.  This first-of-its-kind live address, which includes taking questions via several social media platforms and an in-studio audience, will be broadcast on Armed Forces Network, Defense Video & Imagery Distribution System live stream, and defense.gov/live.
