Other senior officials speaking include Lt. Gen. Arnold Bunch, military deputy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition (9:45 a.m. EDT); Lt. Gen. Jon Davis, deputy Marine Corps commandant for aviation (1:15 p.m. EDT); and Lt. Gen. James Holmes, deputy Air Force chief of staff for strategic plans and requirements (3:45 p.m. EDT).
