Rumsfeld: I'm delighted to be here and have a visit with the President. We've met together a number of times over the years. The Ambassador and General Casey and I had an opportunity to talk about the importance of seeing that the drafting of the constitution is concluded on time. We discussed the importance of continuing the work to see that the Iraqi security forces develop the capability to take over responsibility for security in this country. I thank you, sir.
