Army Recruiting Briefing
Secretary of the Army Louis Caldera will recognize the Total Army recruiting team on achieving the Service's annual recruiting goal during a Sept. 28 media announcement at 11:30 a.m. EDT in the Department of Defense Briefing Room, Pentagon Room 2E781.
The brief event with members of the Army leadership will include representatives from the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, the Army Reserve, and the Army National Guard. The Secretary of the Army will officially announce the Army's achievement of this fiscal year's recruiting goal by all of its components. Additionally, there will be a ceremonial swearing in of the 80,000th active duty enlistee. The event will include a brief question and answer period.
