De Leon to Address Junior ROTC
Deputy Secretary of Defense Rudy de Leon will speak to students and members of the Junior Reserve Officer Reserve Training Corps program at North High School in Torrance, Calif. at 10:30 a.m. PDT Thursday, Oct. 5.
