Defense Leadership Management Program Graduation
Eight Department of Defense civilians will be honored tomorrow at 2 p.m. EST at the first graduation ceremony of the Defense Leadership Management Program in the Pentagon's Hall of Heroes. The ceremony will be hosted by Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel Readiness Bernard Rostker.
DLAMP is the first systematic program of joint civilian leader training, education and development within and across DoD. It provides the framework for developing civilians for key leadership position and fosters an environment that nurtures a shared understanding and sense of mission among civilian and military personnel.
