Cohen to Speak at WWII Memorial Groundbreaking
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will speak Sat., Nov. 11 at 1:15 p.m. EST at the WWII Memorial Groundbreaking Ceremony in Washington, D.C. (Earlier in the morning he will attend the Veterans Day Breakfast at the White House and then attend the Presidential Wreath Laying Ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery.)
The event, to be held at the National Mall, 17th Street and Constitution Avenue, in Washington, is open to the media.
