De Leon to Speak at Center for Naval Analyses Forum
Deputy Secretary of Defense Rudy de Leon will give the keynote address at a Center for Naval Analyses (CNA) forum Wednesday, Nov. 29, at 9:15 a.m. EST on national strategies and capabilities for a changing world.
