Cohen to Speak, Present the Architect of Peace Award
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will speak and help present the Architect of Peace award on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2000, 9:30 p.m. EST at the sixth annual Architect of Peace Award dinner in Washington, D.C.
The dinner, to be held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, is being hosted by the Nixon Center, an independent foreign policy center with special emphasis on China, Russia, Europe and the Middle East.
