Cohen Postpones Visit To Arkansas
Due to continuing events in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen decided to postpone his visit to Arkansas. He was originally scheduled to visit the state Tuesday to address the state legislature and meet with civic leaders. Cohen hopes to reschedule the visit at a later date.
