Cohen Commencement Address at Naval Academy Graduation
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will deliver the commencement address at the U.S. Navy Academy graduation ceremony Wednesday, May 26, 1999, at the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium, Annapolis, Md. An attempt will be made to pipe the speech back to the Pentagon briefing room. If successful, it will be carried live (audio only) on the Pentagon internal cable system channel 13.
