Cohen/Shelton Press Briefing at 4 p.m.
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen and Gen. Henry H. Shelton, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will conduct a press briefing today at 4 p.m. (EDT) to update on U.S. participation in NATO Operations Allied Force and Joint Guardian. The briefing will take place in the Pentagon briefing room, 2E781.
In view of this briefing, the daily operational update briefing, which normally takes place at 2 p.m., is cancelled.
