Briefing Schedule
Beginning Tuesday, June 22, 1999, the regular media briefing schedule in the Pentagon briefing studio, Room 2E781, will return to its normal 1:30 p.m. (EDT) Tuesday and Thursday format.
The briefing scheduled for 1:30 p.m. (EDT), June 22, 1999, will be followed by a special presentation by Rear Adm. John E. Boyington Jr., commander, Patrol Wings, U.S. Atlantic Fleet, Norfolk, Va. Boyington's briefing will focus on the employment of the U.S. Navy's Orion P-3 aircraft during NATO Operation Allied Force. The presentation will include electro-optical and Standoff Land Attack Missile (SLAM) video.
