Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen Travel
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will depart from Andrews Air Force Base, Md., September 8, and travel to New York and California. While in New York, he will give remarks at the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations biennial dinner at 8 p.m. EDT in the Plaza Hotel. On Sept. 9, he will travel to San Diego where he will visit with sailors aboard USS Shiloh and have a media availability at 2:30 p.m. PDT. He will then provide the keynote speech at the International Institute for Strategic Studies annual conference dinner at 8 p.m. PDT in the Hotel del Coronado, Coronado, Calif. The topic of his address is Kosovo.
